- Educational & Training Purpose Only
The 3R Suicide Prevention Training Series (“the Courses”) is provided for professional training and educational purposes only. The Courses are designed to build awareness and skills around the Recognize · Respond · Refer framework. The content does not constitute, and must not be relied upon as, clinical, medical, psychological, legal, or professional advice.
Completion of any tier does not license, certify, or qualify any participant to practice medicine, psychology, counseling, social work, or any regulated profession. Participants must operate only within their own professional scope of practice and in accordance with the laws, licensing requirements, and ethical standards of their jurisdiction and profession.
- Not a Substitute for Professional Care
Nothing in the Courses creates a clinician–patient, therapist–client, or provider–patient relationship between any participant and One Spirit or Dr. Jean Wright. The Courses are not a substitute for professional assessment, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency intervention.
- Crisis & Emergency Notice
|
The Courses are not a crisis service. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger or experiencing a mental health emergency, contact emergency services (911 in the U.S.) or the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988) right away. International users should contact their local emergency number or crisis line. |
- No Guarantee of Outcomes
Suicide prevention involves complex human factors outside any trainer’s control. One Spirit and Dr. Jean Wright make no representation, warranty, or guarantee that applying the material will prevent any death, injury, or harm, or produce any specific result. Outcomes depend on each participant’s judgment, application, and circumstances.
- Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability
By enrolling, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for how you apply the material. To the fullest extent permitted by law, One Spirit, Dr. Jean Wright, and their affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages of any kind arising from or related to your use of, or reliance on, the Courses or their materials. The Courses and all materials are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- Intellectual Property & Copyright
All Course content — including videos, scripts, slides, worksheets, PDFs, infographics, assessments, certificates, graphics, and the 3R framework and branding — is the exclusive property of One Spirit / Dr. Jean Wright and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. © One Spirit. All rights reserved.
- License & Permitted Use
Enrollment grants you a single-user, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access the materials for your own professional development. You may not, without prior written permission:
- copy, reproduce, screen-record, screenshot, download (except materials expressly marked as downloadable), or redistribute any content;
- share, resell, sublicense, or transfer your login or access to others;
- use any content to create, deliver, or market competing or derivative trainings; or
- present the material as your own.
Organizations and agencies must purchase the appropriate bulk or seat-based license for multi-user access. Unauthorized sharing or reproduction is a breach of this agreement and of copyright law.
- Certification & Credentials
Course completion confers a certificate of completion in the 3R framework (the Advanced tier includes a three-year certification credential). This is not a government license, state certification, or independent professional credential, and does not authorize practice beyond your existing qualifications. Certificates and verification numbers are issued by One Spirit and may be verified through One Spirit.
- Professional & Legal Responsibility
Participants are responsible for understanding and complying with their mandatory reporting duties, duty-to-warn obligations, confidentiality requirements, and applicable laws and ethical codes. One Spirit and Dr. Jean Wright assume no responsibility for any participant’s professional acts or omissions.
- Accuracy & Updates
Content is believed to be accurate at the time of publication but may be updated or revised, and is not guaranteed to be complete, current, or error-free. Best practices in this field evolve; participants should consult current authoritative sources and their own professional guidelines.
- Refunds, Access & Enforcement
Refund Policy
Because the 3R Suicide Prevention Training Series includes immediate access to digital content, downloadable resources, assessments, templates, and proprietary training materials, all sales are final once course access is granted. One Spirit remains committed to fairness and participant satisfaction, and refund requests will be handled as follows.
Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced Courses
- Participants may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase, provided they have completed no more than 10% of the course content and have not downloaded a substantial portion of the course materials.
- No refunds will be issued after 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.
- No refunds will be issued once more than 10% of the course has been completed, regardless of the request date.
- No refunds will be issued for participants who have completed assessments, earned certificates, obtained certification credentials, or accessed a majority of downloadable resources.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to One Spirit and must include the purchaser’s name, email address, course title, and reason for the request.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
Technical Issues
If a participant experiences verified technical difficulties that prevent access to the course, One Spirit will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. If access cannot be restored within a reasonable period, One Spirit may, at its sole discretion, provide a refund, credit, or transfer to a future course offering.
Organizational & Group Purchases
Bulk purchases, agency licenses, organizational enrollments, and seat-based licenses are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Participants agree to contact One Spirit before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Initiating a chargeback after receiving course access, downloadable materials, certificates, or certification benefits may result in immediate suspension of access pending resolution of the dispute.
Course Access & Enforcement
Access may be suspended or terminated, without refund, for violation of these terms — including unauthorized sharing, reproduction, distribution, resale, credential misuse, or other misuse of course materials.
- Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
- Acknowledgment
